Day-Old FISH—copies left over

By now, everyone should have received ALL of their rewards and stretch goals for the SLEEP WITH THE FISHES campaign. (If you're missing something, please check your spam folder for the emails with download links; or write to [email protected].)
After sending out all the packages, we do still have about a dozen spare copies of the signed hardcover of SLEEP WITH THE FISHES. The book itself will not be available for sale to the general public until this October, but I will make them available to Kickstarter backers, if anyone needs a second copy (or a first one). These leftover copies are $25 plus postage (the publicly available copies will be $31 in October). If you would like one, please write [email protected] and she can arrange the PayPal payment.
Also, we are gearing up for our next really big campaign this October—the redesign and reissue of the complete Saga of Seven Suns series, all 13 books (including a brand new, never-before-published volume). I just got the prototype of the first novel in deluxe version with sprayed edges, endpapers, color highlights inside. It looks gorgeous!
We have our pre-launch page live now, and you'll want to sign up for it! Not only will you get a free ebook, but you'll also get early access to reserve items a day before the campaign opens (this will only be available to names on that list)—you'll be able to get in on the really low numbers for the signed/numbered items, and we'll give you updates and sneak previews as more of the items come in.

Signed Hardcovers are in the mail!

Today we have the crew over to do all the packing and shipping. Right now they are wrapping up the last of the mailing of all the signed hardcovers and personalized signed hardcovers of SLEEP WITH THE FISHES, as well as the sets. Our local post office is being inundated!
These are the very last rewards to go out from this campaign. Everything else has been delivered. If you're missing some part of your pledge (other than the hardcovers), please write tracy (at) wordfire (dot) com.
Whew! Thank you so much for supporting this wonderful series. I will have big news on the Dan Shamble TV series soon.

FISHES hardcovers arrived! Autographing under way

The FedEx truck arrived yesterday with twelve heavy cases of books, SLEEP WITH THE FISHES. (And despite big signs on two doors about where to deliver the boxes, the driver just piled them in front of my garage door so I couldn't even get my car out...)
But I hauled them all inside and unpacked the boxes. These are beautiful slimy fishes, printed by our friends at BookVault.
I brought out four tables and spread out all of the books, including the hardcovers of previous novels in the series for those who ordered sets. It's the holiday weekend and I'll be spending hours signing all of these copies while listening to an audiobook (DEEP SILENCE, a Joe Ledger novel by Jonathan Maberry).
On July 13 I will be bringing in an army of volunteers to pack and ship all the signed copies to Kickstarter backers. And that will be it! We have mailed out all the other rewards, the comics, the graphic novels, the special edition WORKING STIFF, the coffee mugs, the ebooks, the signed ebooks, and everything else. [There were some glitches with the signed ebooks, but BookFunnel insists they have it fixed and have resent all the ebooks.] The trade paperbacks have been drop shipped and you should receive them any day now.
But the work doesn't stop. I am already producing the books and covers for my biggest campaign ever, which will launch in October. I'll be reissuing the entire epic space opera series The Saga of Seven Suns, including a brand new book ROAMER'S WRATH. 13 books in all in beautiful new editions. SLEEP WITH THE FISHES—now we're cooking!

Lots of zombie progress around here! All backers will start receiving all of their SLEEP WITH THE FISHES rewards.
All of the Mystery Boxes, the comics and graphic novels, the Working Stiff special editions have been mailed out. A few nights ago, I spent an evening on my iPad and Apple Pen signing and personalizing the ebooks of SLEEP WITH THE FISHES to all those of you who added on an electronic signature. The ebook and audiobook sets went out a while ago, so if you didn't receive yours please write [email protected].
On Monday, Tracy will start sending out all of my raw dictation files for the novel as well as the finished audiobook. The ebook of SLEEP WITH THE FISHES will go out to all of you in the next few days.
I've received the jacketed hardcovers of all the other books in the series for those of you who ordered a signed hardcover set, and I will be autographing all of those. And we put in the printing order for the hard copies of SLEEP WITH THE FISHES, which should arrive here in a couple of weeks! Whew, it looks like we'll deliver all the rewards as promised by the end of this month.

A Horde of Zombie P.I. rewards—imminent

Start watching your inbox or your mailbox—we have been quiet for the last couple of weeks, but the zombies aren't sleeping. In fact, we are just about ready to send out a LOT of your rewards for the Dan Shamble SLEEP WITH THE FISHES campaign.
The novel manuscript is completely finished and it's been through the proofing team and the beta readers, all corrections made. I will be laying out the book tomorrow and will produce the ebook and print masters. We are still waiting to hear from some of you with your survey responses! Remember, as promised, I will include the names of all backers in the acknowledgments of the Kickstarter edition—but I can't include your name if you don't send back your survey!
On Tuesday morning I go into the studio to record the audiobook of SLEEP WITH THE FISHES.
I have finished recording the audiobook for SERVICES RENDERED, the last of the original eleven books in the series (which had been tangled up in a truly stupid rights complication, but it's all fixed now!) The final masters for that audiobook will be done this week—and then we can send out ALL ELEVEN of the series audiobooks to backers. You can start listening while I work on the FISHES audiobook.
We'll be sending out the Mystery Boxes, the Kolchak/Shamble graphic novel, the special editions, the coffee mugs, and the other rewards very soon.
